Karma Jewellery Dundee are happy to issue a full refund or an exchange (excluding earrings & body jewellery for hygiene reasons) 14 days for UK customers and 28 days for Overseas. All items must be unworn and still have the security tag attached. The returned items must be in their original packaging. Please complete and return the slip included with your purchase so we can process your return swiftly.

We advise that items are returned using a Tracked and Signed service so you can ensure that your return reaches us safely. We are unable to accept responsibility for your return unless signed for by a member of Karma Jewellery Dundee staff. On the occasion that you may not receive a confirmation email that we have received your return you will be able to check the status of your return with the postal service used.

On the rare occasion that the item you receive is incorrect or faulty we will cover the return postage costs.

We will endeavour to process your refund as efficiently as possible. However, please note that it may take up to 7 working days.

As soon as we have processed your return you will receive a confirmation email.


We are happy to exchange your item within the time frame stated above.

On the occasion that the product you are wanting in exchange is more expensive, someone will contact you to take the additional payment. If the item you wish to exchange is less, we will automatically refund the difference. You will receive confirmation of this once the exchange is processed.


On the occasion that you have received a Gift With Purchase and you wish to return your paid item, the gift must also be returned to receive a full refund.
